Comprehensive environmental chamber
Comprehensive environmental chamber is a set of environment chamber, including a vehicle simulation cabin (5 m³) and two component testing chambers (A and, 2m³ ), in order to guarantee the accuracy of the test, the group environment chambers should be placed in the clean room (or vehicle standards in the cabin environment) to carry out the test.

Advantage function
*Self-heating : 25℃, 60℃ and 65℃ temperature condition can be simulated;
*Sunlight simulation: It can simulate the VOC and smell of the vehicle in the sun of the parking lot;
*Pressure stability: The VOC sampling process can be automatically filled to ensure the stability and accuracy of the samples.
*Self-purification: Before testing, it can be cleaned (similar to the bag process) to ensure that the background is met.
*Automatic air stirring: Can automatic mixing cabin air before sampling, to ensure a uniform VOC concentration method (similar to the bag of film bag);
*Bulkhead with inert materials processing.
Conclusion: This environment holds the advantages of bag method and 1 m³ method, and has the function of combinatorial simulation verification, which improves the efficiency of the test and reduces the cost of the comprehensive test.
VOC testing applied to component assemblies
At present, the component VOC detection mainly adopts the bag method and the 1m³ environmental chamber method, but all have the defects, the new method of the research and development has the advantage of both.
By bag method
Advantages: low detection cost (relative to 1m³ environmental chamber method), high efficiency; Disadvantages: the detection result is reproducing rate difference, the detection error is large, the detection precision consistency of the detection mechanism is not guaranteed.
By 1M3 environmental chamber method
Advantages: high test precision and good reproducibility, ensure consistency of test.
Disadvantages: high cost, slow detection efficiency, partial sample size is difficult to calculate (small size).
2m³ environmental chamber method is a new component, VOC test, which combines the advantages of bag and 1m³ environmental chamber method.
